We have an open case ID 15415833351 wherein Amazon keeps asking for additional invoices across multiple shipments. Initially, they requested invoices from three shipments within a specific date range for a certain FNSKU. We provided the necessary documents. They then requested additional invoices from four shipments within a different date range. I provided the invoices for these multiple shipments as well. Instead of updating us regarding the submitted invoices for this FNSKU, they requested invoices for more shipments. For the third time, we were asked to provide invoices for six shipments, some of which had shipment dates much earlier than the specified date range. Now, they have replied that they are unable to continue the investigation because they didn't accept the documentation. We have disputed this to Amazon and haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Hello, the marketplace in Saudi Arabia is not accepting previously accepted invoices, and other invoices are also being rejected. My product is purchased from the brand's original website, but the invoices for products purchased from the original website are not being accepted. Due to the issues in the Saudi Arabian market, all my stores have been suspended. My products located in the United States have been pending for a long time, and our products are on the verge of being destroyed. We are also not sure if we have the invoices for the requested products as they are over a year old and may be in our archives. I kindly request your assistance

dude I was brought into this FBA seller thing like it was a way to make money by finding books at Goodwill and sending them up to Amazon but every company wants some stupid invoices from a legit seller or manufacturer. Some books I'll be auto approved but I dont have invoices for 90% of my supply. Any help??
