BFL2 warehouse slow inbound receipt

I sent 3 batches of goods to BFL2 warehouse on September 4, 2024, but there has been no response so far. Most of the hot-selling items are out of stock. The FBA18CYFH8R3 shipment on September 4th showed completed, but no goods were put on the shelves. I did not get any response from customer service. There was no progress after FBA18FYJD4DJ and FBA18FC78HWC arrived at BFL2 warehouse. It was really frustrating.

Seems that facility is either slow or the associates feel entitled to take products for themselves. I am not sure which , but neither is good

We will no longer send products west until this is addressed and fixed
