Hello,

I have cancelled my shipments by mistake while they were sent to FCs. there were 10 shipments under the same workflow. Some of the shipments were in delivered status - some were in receiving status - and some were in transit. Is there any way I can undo the cancellation??

I have noticed that many of my SPD shipments sent from our warehouse to the fulfillment center (SCK8) had been delivered, but after a few weeks the shipments changed to "Closed" status with 0 units received. Over 15 shipments with thousands of dollars at risk have this issue.

I asked Seller Support to request an investigation of that FC, but they were no help and suggested that I go through the reconcile process, which just takes a huge amount of time. Could someone help with this?

I have the following SEVEN shipments going to WBW2 from Japan by USPS.

I just found out that the first was refused as WBW2 is not accepting delivery by USPS!!!!!

I am beyond words. It will cost me thousands of dollars in lost shipping costs and much more in lost sales if all of these shipments are returned (they also charge for return shipping).

Someone from Amazon please help and fix the problem at this center before the other shipments arrive!!!!! Amazon knew I was shipping by USPS and told me to send these to that center. That makes this Amazon's responsibility. It is beyond ridiculous that an Amazon center is not accepting USPS deliveries when Amazon is a company that is centered around receiving and shipping products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
