Account info dashboard suddenly displaying this message "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services." I am the primary person to admins this account and suddenly I am seeing this message and "You do not have permissions to view this page" whenever I click on any link on the account info dashboard. Please help!

my account is currently having limited access to Amazon selling services. When i click on reactivate account i submitted my license and bank statement so my registration went under account review the account review When i click on case log the page it takes you to says error this is not a valid case for my store. Please click here to see your list of active cases.

can someone from the identification department contact me so I can speak to the to get the accurate step by step help to resolve this issue because when I call customer service they say they can't help with my issues because they don't have access to the part of my account.

According to seller support and account health teams my account is healthy and there is no problem. But this error is shown in my account info page WHICH I BELEIVE IS TGE REASON ALL MY FUNDS ARE KEPT IN ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE: "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

I HAVE TO ADD THAT DUE TO A TECHNICAL GLITCH MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED FOR ONE MONTH.

I am really tired of these problems that never are solved. It seems that for the last year I have been paying amazon Bi-weekly.
