Read onlyI am getting Late Delivery Risk on Ground Advantage Shipping purchased through Amazon. All my orders for this morning suddenly showing Late Delivery Risk instead of the Claims Protected and OTDR Protected. I am using Automated Shipping settings and Automated Handling time. We need to request Amazon for an Exemption!!. My small Business cannot handle a 9 dollar shipping cost as it eats into the profit
Amazon is doing this on purpose. I called the help desk and now they are telling me the opposite of what they told me to. They told me to disable the Automated Shipping Setting so I can purchase the ground advantage label and increase the time. In January sales vent down as well and they told me that I need to enable it do I am not at risk for late delivery. This unfair practice has to be reported and handled immediately. I would encourage small businesses to fight this and ensure we can be exempted.
Do the options for ground Advantage appear if you try to change the shipping date to a day or two later than your required ship date?
II had an order like that and it makes no sense but I picked the protected shipping from two days after the required ship date but then I shipped it on the correct date so I was able to attain both a timely outbound shipping and a claims protected shipping option.
ItIt doesn't happen often but it seems like these problems crop up when trying to buy shipping during the weekend especially Sunday.
