Urgent Assistance Required: Settlement Payments and Account-Level Reserves

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding an issue with my seller account. Since June 2023, I have not received the expected settlement payments. It appears that the funds have been processed as account-level reserves, and suddenly, the opening balance has been treated as an expense.

This issue is causing significant disruptions to my business operations, and I kindly request your support in resolving this matter promptly.

Could you please review my account and provide clarification on why the payments have been withheld and the opening balance has been adjusted in this manner? I would appreciate any steps or actions I need to take to rectify this situation.

Thank you very much for your attention and assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello @Seller_3K9DLCvCzRJjl,

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

However, based on the timeline, there must be an issue with your account status. Have you received any notifications from Amazon explaining the situation? Do you have a TRO or any legal issues?

Please share the most recent seller support case Id with me in this thread. I would like to review and escalate.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Micah
