Why am i randomly getting charged $4000 for storage of inventory i do not have. I cannot contact support as i cant create a new case because i can only appeal the deactivation. I need to speak to someone to get to the bottom of this.

Neither the one nor the other is possible.
Just cancel your credit card and close your bank account since your appeals are not accepted. These storage fees will never end.

I've been dealing with a similar issue for three years now. My one unit has been increased to 14, and they've spent THREE YEARS in a location that makes them unavailable for sale or disposal. I've contacted customer service repeatedly, but I've only ever received promises that this will be escalated to some team of specialists. I've never heard back. I am also paying storage fees every month.
If you haven't received resolution and would like to participate in a class action lawsuit, please let me know. I'm compiling a list of sellers with the same issue. The storage issues constitute theft, and with the number of sellers who have been affected by this, the amount Amazon has stolen is staggering.

You or your attorney need to write their legal department. That will come closer to getting action than anything other option you have.

You see, you are charged, and you are ok with it? You know you are not going to get anything back. Probably Amazon already concluded you created a loss for them. Report the card damaged and change it.
