I'm writing to inquire about a shipment to IUSF via Amazon Partner Carrier, TForce Freight, which was picked up on February 13th and delivered on February 18th.
Since delivery, the system status has not been updated and continues to show "Customs Clearance Delay." The shipment originated in California and was delivered to Texas, so I'm not sure why customs clearance would be indicated.
I have already contacted my carrier and submitted all necessary documentation, including the Proof of Delivery, to Amazon, but I have not received any response.
The shipment consists of 7 pallets containing approximately 9600 units.
I'm very stressed about this issue and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
