"Missed Delivery Window" despite using FIST carrier
Hi everyone,
I recently received an Inbound Performance defect "Missed Delivery Window," and I am looking for advice from anyone who has successfully appealed this.
The notification suggests: "By selecting these managed carriers, Amazon handles the Delivery Window management on your behalf."
For this shipment, I used a FIST carrier and checked "Allow FIST carriers to update my delivery window."
My understanding of the policy is that by delegating this to an Amazon-vetted managed carrier, the delivery window is updated automatically based on their coordination with the fulfillment center.
Despite this, the shipment was flagged for arriving outside the window.
Has anyone else experienced defects while using managed FIST carriers? If you were able to get the defect removed, what specific information did you provide in your dispute?
Good selling to all!

Hi there @Seller_5x445YEo2V6NS,
Thank you for reaching out with your question. While using FBA Inbound Shipment Tracking you can use automation so the carrier can adjust your delivery window you remain responsible for delivery window performance regardless of automation. You can see more on this policy on the Send to Amazon: FIST (FBA Inbound Shipment Tracking) Carrier help page. If you provide your most recent Case on this issue we can see what escalation options we can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
