Brand Registry Error

I cannot start a new brand application because it says that my brand is under review, but in fact it's not. Currently I don't have any pending applications. I now have many thousands of dollars of product sitting, waiting on brand registry so I can create the listings. I cannot start a new application because my brand is "Under Review", I submitted all the documentation needed on my last application, Trademark receipt, EIN, packaging pictures with logo, invoices, contracts and still got automatically rejected.

I have contacted Bran registry team and no help. When I receive emails from Brand Registry they seem to not quite understand my problem. There appears to be a glitch in Amazon's system that holds some Brand Registry applications in "Pending" indefinitely.

I would appreciate some help on this very much. The Brand Application Case ID is 16983419761. Amazon people have told me they would help me. So far no-one has.

I need help !

I've gone ahead and reached out to the enrollment team to have them fully reject your application which will allow you to reapply! I'll let you know as soon as I get word from them.
