I am writing to request the removal of feedback for Order ID 114-6191751-0671467, which states:
"Why have I not received a refund on my return?"
This feedback concerns a refund issue, which falls under Amazon’s return and refund process rather than my seller performance. As per Amazon’s feedback guidelines, comments related to refunds and returns should not impact seller metrics.
Additionally, the refund has already been applied, resolving the buyer's concern. Since the issue has been addressed and is unrelated to my service as a seller, I kindly request that this feedback be removed.

This might be a tough one to get removed, I'll follow the post in hope a mod can help you out!
Technically, this does not qualify for removal.
However, the moderators may still be able to remove it by elevating it past the first line of Amazon seller support. I recommend trying to get the moderator's attention.
You have to use the "Feedback Manager". Any other way - like here in the forum or by creating a case with seller support - can make Amazon suspend your account.
