Read onlyAmazon Delisted our ASIN doing 6 figures a month and we must request approval to sell. We are the manufacturer and brand owner! When I try to request it says "Not accepting applications to sell". Losing 10k a day and Im not sure what to do. They are not responding to case 16688359621. called at least 6 times in two days. Nobody knows whats going on or how to fix it. Any advice?
There are two different factors at play here.
1. Why was ir put on hold? Usually, it has to do with buyer complaints, a high volume of returns, or a questionable product that the lawyers said needs to be removed out od caution. As you can see, in everything amazon does, it is either protecting the buyer, or itself.
2. In seeking a resolution, this is a bad time of the year. Amazon doesn't want changes to the catalog. So is the product had been removed, and you are able to appeal, most likely it will not be addressed until after the start of the new year.
