Incorrect short term return rate causing "Frequently Returned Item" badge

Incorrect short term return rate causing "Frequently Returned Item" badge

On our FBA Returns, our product shows 3.17% for 90-day return rate, but on the "Voice of the Customer" page, the same product shows a whopping 8.52% for short-term (3 months) return rate, which triggers the "Frequently Returned Item" badge.

Does anyone know why there is such a discrepancy? 3.17% is the actual rate because we counted the actual returns in the report.
