PLEASE AMAZON HELP!!!

The "Submit new appeal" just simply not replying.

"Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement."

A couple of weeks ago Amazon required me a utility bill which I didn't have it ready then they decided to deactivate the account. Now I sent additional documentation and Amazon replied saying I engaged in fraudulent activity? From what I read on the web its related to fake goods but wait, we own our own brand and products design. Its everything on the Amazon IP program. How's that possible?

AMAZON PLEASE HELP!!!!

Do you know why Amazon needs the utility bill? It is because to have utilities provided to your domicile, you have to have a background credit check. Saves Amazon time in doing one.

Selling your own product is easy. You

- Send Amazon your USTPO Registration showing you own the brand.

- Send Amazon your GS1 UPC ownership documentation showing the UPC on the product is yours.

- Send any other COC's that may be required to sell the product in the USA.

- Send Amazon photos of the actual product showing your name is on the item.

Send Amazon photos of the product packaging showing it meets USA standards.
