Read onlyMy account is suddenly at risk for deactivation due to a shipping issue beyond my control. I contacted support and the person I spoke with confirmed I had done everything right but my shipment was late because UPS passed it of to USPS en route, which caused it to be two days late.
I have a record on file and case # at least to back me up, but here's my real issue: I was told to contact Account Health but they are impossible to reach. How can you say you support your sellers when this is the case? I'm completely stressed out because I could be cut off at any time without a way stop it. Does anyone have a way around this?
I had a similar issue on an order that was suppose to be covered
Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation
However ... I used Amazon Buy Shipping and am suppose to be covered.
There is no way around it, but you can get a call back - Call me now - from Account Health

When you see a Warning that you are "at risk", that is not telling you that your account will be deactivated if you don't appeal or take other action. What it's telling you is that if the problems continue, then you might run into problems.
Even if the percentage is well over the stated limit, Amazon takes into account the variance seen by small sellers, and won't deactivate you for one bad event, and probably not even for two. But if you suddenly get multiples, then there is an issue.
Just keep doing everything right, and the problem should drop off soon (I forget the timelines for each issue, but typically 7-14 days, with a few problems taking a bit longer).

If you have a trademark registered (your brand) with Amazon, as long as you work with them, they will not deactivate your account. Use the "Call Me" button on the Account Health page and explain the problem, case ID etc.
Totally get you, my account facing another deactivated situation. I completely lose trust in AMAZON, the way the treated us as sellers is far beyond "human to human" manner, rude abusive and not the action a human should conduct.
I wish you well, and you will take back your account soon
We thinking about quiting AMAZON since the platform does not treat seller as human but a slave
