Read onlyWhat's going on with some employees from Amazon, how they can suspend 11 years old Amazon seller individual account and when you want to take the business seriously and change your individual account to Business they suspended and requested documents, which I provided properly and they still don't reactivate my account, how can I speak with a supervisor and someone to help me with this situation... this is not fair...I have not done anything wrong...

Video verification calls can only be requested by the review team, if you have any further questions or want to dispute the deactivation you can reach out to the email provided in the notification. You will have the option to continue to submit the verification documents for review, if the team is unable to verify those documents, we cannot promise a resolution of this issue. I suggest to monitor your account and notifications in case there is a request for further information.
