my account has been suspended. what kind of appeal or documentation should I send

Hello, I received such an email and my account was suspended. It came even though I haven't listed anything and I haven't made any sales. I have no violations. According to my own research, I suspect it is a verification suspension. I would be happy if Amazon officials can help. How can I remove this suspension? What kind of appeal letter should I write or what documents should I send to Amazon? I sent my gas bill and internet bill, I sent my ID, I sent my credit card statement, but my account was not opened. the address on my invoices is the same, but it is not exactly the same as my official residence address, but it is the same address. so the spelling is written differently. what should I do?

"Hello, Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account. Why is this happening? We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history. To view your account performance and how well it is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon, go to "Account Health": https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap You can also select "Account Health" on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device Amazon.com"
