Can Amazon Fulfil Orders Placed on My Website (Shopify) - MCF

I have a Amazon Seller Account. I did not start selling yet.
My orders are coming from the UK. I am using Shopify for my website.
I am planning to use FBA for the items I am selling on Amazon.
I am looking for a good Fulfilment Center for orders placed by customers on my website.
I came across Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment.
Will I be able to use MCF for orders coming from my website?
Will it be mixed with my FBA (orders coming from Amazon)?
How do I link my Shopify website to MCF?

yes you can, this is what MCF does but it is very expensive.

Yes you can.
There are plugins for Shopify to automatically create a MCF order based on a sale on your website. So you can totally automate the process.
