Hi im a new seller i had one question in my mind

i saw a private label product which had really good profit margins.So i seached for the brand but coudnt find any website where i could get approval to sell this product. the owner himself source it from china(its on the product) and it didnt had any packaging or anything so i did some research and found a very good manufucturer in china selling same product. I purchased 10 units from them and when i got it then i applied for ungating abviously it took time(15 days) got get ungated now im sending it to amazon but i was thinking if he had trademark so will he try to hurt my account? the product is same as his but still i was thinking if he is gonna do anything? and can he? i will keep the price same as him because i am not trying to highjack his sales...any comments on can something bad happen? i know i thinked about it at the last but i didnt knew about many things before..I THOUGHT IF I GET UNGATED ILL BE ALL OKAY..

I was ungated to sell a popular card game - I purchased the required units (from the mfg. and not through Prime), submitted the invoice and was approved.

I recently subscribed to an Intellectual Property service and it is warning that this brand has no FBA sellers and Amazon fulfills their product too as the seller and does not share the Buy Box.

So I'm concerned.

I'm ungated for this popular game but still think the brand owner might object to FBA sellers on their listings.

Does anyone have similar experiences they'd like to share?

Does ungated mean "green light" or should I be cautious???

where one Cpap machine delivered was used by the buyers and accepted on chat that pipe and machine left a bad taste in the mouth and hence used it, Here want to specify that you have to use machine and pipe together for it to work, buyer accepted that he opened the tube for taking a picture but I replied that it has a transparent packaging and if the pipe has to be repalced with better climateline tube, we can do it and ship it with expedited shipping. I even wrote them the tracking no to reach it in time

while accepting return authourization we asked the buyers that if the machine is used, we will not refund you but machine has 2 years of warranty for any problem and we will get it repaired or replaced without any charges.

After getting the machine back we saw it has been used and it slimline tube was opened and used with the machine where buyer wrote that they had bad taste in the mouth while using he pipe and hence machine as you can not use pipe without the machine. we refused the refunds and again wrote that we can ship the machine back and your machine is covered for 2 year of warranty from ResMed.

During all our messaging buyer of accepted in chat that they want to have machine with the climateline pipe , we offered theasame to be shipped wihout returning slimline tube as it is not returnable when used. we wrote all our points but claim was granted and afterword appeal also gets rejected with all points shared with buyer on chat with Amazon team.

Please help here.
