Amazon Brand Registry application says "Application for brand is currently under review" when trying to fill out an applicaiton

Hi I am trying to reapply brand registry again since the last application was rejected, however the old application is in pending status and there's no way for me to apply again, as when I try to submit a new application it shows an error which says "Application for brand is currently under review".

Can someone please help to ask the brand registry team to reject my old application so that I can reapply please?

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.

Hey guys -- any help with closing it so they can reapply? Case number included above!

Hi there @Seller_ZHDsrgWm5RITC

It looks like the team found an issue with your first application which caused them to reject it. In doing that, you will not be able to reapply until that's addressed.

I'm not certain what the exact reason was for the team decision on the initial application but I can see that the trademark owner information does not match your accounts information so that may be something to think about!

In keeping with what @Jim_Amazontold you about the rejection, do this --

AMAZON EXACT MATCH REQUIREMENTS

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

That means Street is not ST.

Jim is not James.

ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps

Thanks to @Sandy_Amazon for letting us all know that Brand Registry applications are also space sensitive.

And so on………………..

They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

Additionally, does the name on the registration with your Amazon seller account match the application and USPTO filing EXACTLY?

If not you will need to prove to Amazon that you own BOTH entities!
