ASIN Requires Approval, yet I am the brand owner?

I have been selling an ASIN since 2018 and 3 days ago the inventory got stranded. When I click "Fix listing issue", I get taken to a page to "apply for approval" to sell the item. I am the brand owner and have been selling this item previously without any issues. Amazon support gave me a generic answer to go ahead and apply for approval. The frustrating part is that I should not have to apply for approval as the brand owner. I would like a resolution to this other than waiting for a decision. There is obviously a problem with the catalog or brand registry side that triggered the item to be gated.
