However, upon checking, the address on the shipping label is consistent with the address shown on the order. Then the buyer proceeded with the refund operation. Shortly after, Amazon increased the order defect rate of my account.
Since it's a self - fulfilled order, Amazon doesn't support an investigation. Amazon doesn't recognize any logistics services other than FBA.
I have no other choice but to endure it, but this is extremely unfair.
