Lately, Amazon has been aggressively violating listings that use the Trump trademarks (Trump, MAGA, or Make America Great Again). I agree with that, since they are registered marks.

I sell hats, some political on all sides. I had many listings violate due to the mentioned trademarks. I've since removed all my listings that have those marks to avoid future violations.

Now Amazon is violating parody listings as logo misuse for wordmark "Make America Great Again" A few of my listings so far that say "Make America _____ Again" have violated.

Parody is protected under fair use and the first amendment, "Make America Great Again" is a wordmark and not a logo, plus you cannot trademark fonts (Century Book).

Amazon is aggressively defending Trumps trademarks, some justified, plenty not.
