Read onlyOn 29th of Oct 2024 , my AWD inventory was delivered to an IUSP warehouse. My Freight Forwarder (FF) agent provided all necessary documentation, including the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD). The POD clearly states that my shipment was delivered, with both the Amazon Reference ID and AWD ID properly listed.
Initially, I assumed this might be a delay in Amazon checking in the shipment due to workload. However, after opening a case and providing all the evidence to Amazon, they claimed the shipment was never delivered.
To resolve the matter, I reached out to my FF agent to contact Amazon directly for clarification. Meanwhile, I reopened the case with Amazon, resubmitting all the proof, yet I’ve made no progress. there were other 29 Inventories all were scanned and checked in but mine
At this point, I am concerned that Amazon may have lost my inventory, given their insistence that it was not delivered. I would greatly appreciate advice on the next steps to get my AWD shipment checked in or to locate it.

Our AWD partners have confirmed there is no appointment for the shipment present in the system as ISA 11712971296 does not contain STAR-U3GU76UDWZXXY, as you should be able to see on your end as well. Because there is no appointment attached they do not have visibility into the shipment. We recommend checking with your carrier on this one in regards to why the shipment wasn't included on the ISA.
