Anyone know if the UPS Discounts are coming back? All shipping has been increased by a minimum of $2. Any insight would be helpful.

It appears that Amazon did away with the Sponsored Discounts in favor of the same pricing that other sites such as Shippo and Pirate Ship offer. Previously, the other sites often offered lower pricing than Amazon, sometimes as much as $3 less on a label. At that time, I would switch between using Amazon or using the other sites to get the best shipping rate. Amazon now offers the same rate as those sites, but did away with the Sponsored Discount, so some shipments are less expensive than they were before when purchasing a label through Amazon, and some are more expensive than they were before.
They may or may not in the future, but I think you can be quite sure that they will not come back until after the strike is resolved, if ever.
For that matter, at this point I would be more concerned about an alternative for UPS; even stuff shipped prior to the strike runs issues of getting slowed down or stuck if still in transit when the strike begins.
