My carrier is attempting to schedule an appointment using Carrier Central. It wont let them proceed because there isn't a PO number. How do we set up an appointment with out a PO Number . We have a shipment name and a ARN #.

We dispatched a shipment to the Memphis Fulfillment Center FBA180B38KH9 on May 9, 2024. When my carrier attempted to schedule a delivery appointment, the earliest slot available was on June 16, 2024. Consequently, the carrier is now proposing a storage fee of $30 per day, which would amount to over $900 in total, in addition to their $300 charge of transportation, and Amazon's placement fee of $209.28. Altogether, the expenses to retrieve the 864 units for Amazon FBA total $1,409.28.

It's perplexing how Amazon anticipates any profitability under these circumstances. If a fulfillment center is so overwhelmed that it cannot accommodate incoming shipments or provide timely delivery appointments, it begs the question of why they encouraged us to send the shipment in the first place.

I have requested multiple times for my funds to be disbursed to me but I keep getting told i am denied as I failed to schedule a appointment for a virtual identify verification which is the same generic email i get every time I try to resolve the issue.

I have tried on multiple occasions to register for a virtual identity verification but no Amazon associate joins the call and there is no option to schedule a call after the document submission screen as the system goes straight into the "Video Appointment" and I waited over 2 hours today but no one joined the call the system does not work and Amazon are still holding my funds. How can I get Amazon to understand this?
