Read onlyA customer buys a $5 used DVD and returns it back claiming "DVD MIGHT be inauthentic" Amazon asked me to provide the classic documents which I provided from my supplier. Invoice dated with a certain time, 10 of those items etc.... After submitting that invoice, Amazon now asking me to provide my Supplier's Supplier's invoice so a USED item!
I contacted my supplier if they could provide that, the answer I got with a lot of laughing smileys was "May be, if Amazon sends us a court order"
That ASIN got restricted and the item is already destroyed which is fine, but getting a red ding on my account health does not look good.
No one has a right to ask the 3rd parties' invoices. That department is doing whatever is written on their flow chart without even judging what's going on!

Hello @Seller_pM8JBB0f7spt1,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the Forums.
I see that received a product authenticity customer complaint and you have concerns about how this has affected your account.
You may be asked to provide supply chain (between your supplier and their supplier) invoices if your invoices are unable to be verified for any reason. If you are not able to obtain them and you no longer with to list the ASIN in question, you may have the option to acknowledge the violation or you can wait for 180 days until the violation expires.
Could you share which type of item this is or possibly the performance notification you received along with the violation? This way we can take a look and provide further guidance. Have you checked the listing itself to see if it is listed in new or used condition?
I look forward to your response. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
