SO WE APPEALED BY ( THE USUAL ) GIVING THE TRACKING LINK , TRACKING NUMBER , CARRIER NAME, AND PROOF OF DELIVERY SIGNED BY THE BUYER HIMSELF .
THE ORDER ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WAS JUNE 12 BUT WE DELIVERED ON JUNE 6 ( 6 DAYS BEFORE THE TIME )!!!!
AND ALL THE PROOF ABOVE HAS THIS DATE!!!
WE LOST THIS CLAIM 9 TIMESS !! 9 TIMESS ALREADYY AND NOW THE 9TH TIME THEY GAVE US A REASON THAT T WAS DELIVERED LATE !! HOW HOWW THEY FIGURED THAT OUT !!
WHERE DOES IT SAY LATE IF THE SIGNED PROOF OF DELIVERY AND THE GLS SITE AND TRACKING ALLL SAY JUNE 6

Lo cierto es que es sumamente difícil ganar una reclamación de la A a la Z. Conozco un caso parecido, en el que el cliente admitió poseer el producto comprado pero que quería el reembolso (el muy sinvergüenza) y finalmente Amazon le hizo el reembolso completo.
Estamos expuestos a que los clientes nos estafen, ya que para Amazon el cliente SIEMPRE lleva la razón, lo cual me parece bien, pero lleva siempre la razón hasta que deja de llevarla y ahí debería de defender al vendedor.

usually someone on amazon check these, who can help, its appealed 12 times now and the same issue , to be honest its about understanding the reason behind it not about the money anymore just need to know the answer why they are not accepting the appeal

as you have mentioned already, the claim decision could not be revoked, however, it was unrelated to the name of the signature to my understanding.
As you have said that you have 3 orders with similar issues: was the tracking information provided in time in those cases?
If you want, you can share the Order IDs with me and I can have a look at those claims as well.

these 4 orders has the same problem. they were shipped on time, delivered even before the estimated delivery time, and we all have singed proof of delivery from GLS directly and amazon did not give us the money

You are required to provide a response to this contact.
plus today we have this one in france too.
from the time the buyer opened return until we answered is less than 3 hours , plus we sent them another message in couple of hours.
and we had no reply from them . then until this email for the a to z mentioning we have to reply in less than 48 hours.

after checking your cases in more detail:
The decisions for 404-5775630-3573949 and 404-3659762-1241941 have been revoked and you should have been notified about it. Your ODR will be updated and you will receive a reimbursement.
403-8264747-7335508 is still under revision, but you should receive a notification about it soon. Please let me know in case you will not receive any message related to this claim in the next days.
For the Order ID 408-9466945-6099517 the claim decision is final and it cannot be revoked.
I have also reviewed the claim for Order ID 402-9250021-7489149, however, I believe it was of granted because you did not provide a local return address for an international return.

I cannot give you the exact reason as the decision is made by the A to Z team, however, I can see that in the first messages related to this claim you have been informed that the reason why it was automatically granted is related to the tracking.
The A to Z team also forwarded a link where you can find a list of potential reasons under After a Claim is filed and Claim is automatically granted.
