Customer left me a bad review for a bad Fullfillment Experience by Amazon
Can bad reviews be removed if Amazon says they're responsible?
I has a customer order that was unsatisfactory - it's displayed in my Feedback manager with ""Message from Amazon: "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."".
But the customer still left me a bad review. Which happened 3 months after the purchase date for some reason? Can anything be done about this?

Go to that review from Feedback Manager. Select Request Removal from dropdown menu. Select Yes. It will be removed.
