We have two separate units that have become continually stuck in our stranded inventory despite multiple attempts to have the inventory destroyed and or returned. Please help @Seller_OOVUXZLmb2UEH

The first unit (quantity of 2) simply wont be disposed of or returned.

The second unit we haven't sold in a year and has been deleted from our inventory for at least 10 months. This was a trial asin and only a handful of units where sold total. When we create a removal, this request initially works and then a few weeks later the same asin pops back up in our stranded inventory. This has happened countless times and almost more times then units we sold total.

Please help resolve so our metrics are no longer effected by this amazon caused issue.

Does anyone experience this? How can I give invoice within 365 days which actually I bought 2 years ago?

Amazon deactivated my account and want invoice for authentication of a product, which should be within 365 days. I bought the Product firstly 2 years ago and sold out all with is 1.5 years ago. Just 1 return item which sold out 6 months ago. This ASIN have no negative comment or bad reviews. On call I explain all the matter to the corresponding person about invoice that it is 2 year old. I Submit all the things like she said But its rejected twice. I submit Appeal saying that this deactivation comes in error. Still they rejected.

I am frustrated now. What should I do now?

I've been selling on Amazon US Market place for a couple months now. I recently got my account deactivated for an ASIN I simply added to my inventory 24 hours or so ago. I haven't even sold any of it nor have I sent in any inventory to Amazon to sell. I haven't even bought it from the distributor yet since I was just preparing to make a purchase order.

Anyone else faced this?
