Unable To Create AWD Shipments

Has anyone else experienced this sudden inability to send shipments to AWD due to "capacity issues" and being given an error message?

Yes, what I'm picking up is that AWD is overwhelmed. I wonder if that's what's causing some AWD shipments to be re-routed to FCs.
