I am a bedding product seller on Amazon for 7 years with my brand MARINE MOON , just on 11/28 right before Black Friday,they split the reviews for my top ASIN (B0DBZLZ1Q2) to show it separately which the whole listing just listed on August 2024, it pretty much like a new listing without any policy violations in my account health dashboard,I contact seller support and they can't find the reason why this happened and they only handle my case to some related teams (CASE 16758107251 , 16758113321 , 16739651251 4 days gone no answer yet )
What ’s more ,they split one of my ASIN(B0DBZNV5S2)‘s review again!!just today!! no any policy violations alert , AMAZON if you want me to die,please tell me directly, don't use these means

Dear no one going to help you we are all helpless sorry to say but it's true everytime when i tried to contact with amazon support indian agent replied and he don't know about anything i don't know what's going on
If your listing got separated, use a listing template to upload your variant family back together. Once it's stitched, you can then request for the reviews to be joined again. There is a section in the help section to merge reviews, just hit that and submit your variant to be joined back.

If your listing got separated, use a listing template to upload your variant family back together. Once it's stitched, you can then request for the reviews to be joined again. There is a section in the help section to merge reviews, just hit that and submit your variant to be joined back.
