Thank you for the information regarding the status of your supplement listing that you recently created. I understand it was pulled down due to disease claims that are on the listing which would be restricted. It is important to review the listing and packaging to verify that there are no claims being made about the use of the product.

If there are claims anywhere in the listing, you will need to edit and remove them to gain eligibility for reactivation. Have you verified that your listing meets all the requirements for listing supplements?

If you have verified that the listing meets the requirements, then you may need to provide documentation to show that your product is compliant with our policies. Have you done any testing or do you have any documents that shows the products compliance?

It is important to attempt to appeal the concerns as the violation will exist on the account health page. If you are unable to get it removed after making edits and providing documentation, you can attempt to take the acknowledgement path. This would have you acknowledge the violation associated with the listing after deleting it from your inventory. Once completed, the violation will be removed and you will not be able to relist the product.

We ask that you continue to refer to this thread with any updates or questions that you have in regard to this situation.

Best,

Atlas
