Ungating request denied even with invoice from authorised distrubutor
I recently applied for ungating for funko brand using Invoice from authorized distributor, after each attempt for ungating I am getting this reply.
"We have reviewed the documentation and information that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Funko products."
I am submitting all the required documents Amazon is asking but without getting any reason my application is getting rejected. Now, I am stuck with the inventory that I have already bought and don't know what to do or how should I escalate the issue or get help.
I would really appreciate if any one here can give me suggestion or give me some direction.

So you already submitted your brand authorization letter from Funko that says you are authorized and allowed to resell their products on Amazon?

I don't think any Canadian distributor allows you sell funko products on third party marketplace like ebay , Amazon. there are only so few distributors and most of them specifically mentioned that. You need approval from Brand to sell on Amazon. The ones currently selling probably ungated that long time ago before these requirements were put in place
