I submitted a copyright infringement complaint and it was accepted. However, the infringing seller submitted a false counter notice and will be back online soon. They are using a 100% copy of our installation guide in their product boxes. There's no way they removed and changed all the FBA inventory guides in just 24 hours. Brand Registry is supposed to stop companies from stealing copyright, trademark, and more, but Amazon accepted a false counter notice. My Complaint ID is 15316038921.

Can any Amazon moderator help with that issue?

Good day, i had someone file a copyright infringement on one of my listings. I filed a counter notice and it was submitted approximately 8 days ago. On October 19th i submittd the counter notice. i received notice that it was received and would be sent to the falsely (competitor) reporting individual.. I just checked my account health and it shows "Status: Our evaluation is complete." submit new information... so i again submitted the counter notice. Why did i have to submit the counter notice twice and restart the process ?
