Read onlyHi there,
My listing has been hijacked via an FBM, I am the brand owner and have reported the violation via account abuse.
However this has not been resolved (24 hours) and I am losing the buy box.
Can anyone help? Thanks!

Well, you are not going to get much here now. Do you know how easy Amazon makes your problem happen. All a different seller has to do is go to the UPC for your product listing, and press the DUPLICATE tab. Now the product is in their inventory. Change a few attributes, and it is theirs.
Amazon created this function to make it easy for a seller like yourself to duplicate your own listings and enter a new product. However, some unsavory sellers use it to simply take over the product in question.
If Amazon made it work this way, they will not be changing things any time soon. Now it you are the actual USTPO brand owner and have an Approved Amazon Registered Brand, and own the GS1 UPC's, there may be some other ways to stop the problem.
Hello @Seller_13MbP3EXf4woL- thanks for posting about this experience and for including your case ID.
I did review that case ID and saw our team provided the right pathway to report this activity as abusive. I'll also share this method for Brand Registry members to report abuse, and include a link to this Seller University course on Brand Protection 1.2 - Reporting Infringement: Helps Reduce Brand Infringement.
I hope this helps as you continue to navigate this topic, and thanks again for checking in with us here on the discussion forums!
Best,
Danny
