IMO this is not a legal nature problem, error should be fixed by company, we dont need Secretary of State Florida and Federal Trade Commision.

I feel like Seller Support wants to sweep garbage under the carpet. From your experience, what is the best way to solve my problem ? I think that the Amazon Captive Team for assistance could be the best. What do you think ?
