Regular Loss of Shipments at Amazon Warehouse MEM2
We have been struggling with a persistent problem at the Amazon warehouse MEM2, which has been going on for quite some time. Our pallets containing Hazmat items are shipped but then partially or completely go missing. Despite opening multiple cases, there has been no resolution, and we continue to incur losses. To date, we have suffered a net-cost loss of $96,000, and Amazon has not reimbursed us for these losses.

Sorry about your losses you might want to look at how you're labeling your shipments sometimes it might just be on how your sku is on your packaging or how the packages are offloaded.
keep in mind amazon system is very automated so if your sku's are hard to read or hard to find they will probably be rejected.
also don't send any more shipments to MEM2 amazon has hundreds of warehouses find one that works well for your company. not all amazon warehouses have the same technology to receive packages.

It has been constantly happening, the inventory simply disappears, it happened the same with us, we always send Master cases with 30 Asin inside, so it so logical that a pallet that contains 20 Master case x 30 Asin = 600, so they received 596,585, and so on... so we concluded. the best thing is to keep away from FBA !!!
