I'm in need of urgent assistance regarding a listing hijacking issue that’s been ongoing for months. We are the original manufacturer and sole distributor of a product we launched five years ago. Unfortunately, our listing has been hijacked, and it's now displaying the wrong brand. This is the second time this has happened, and while Seller Support was able to revert the listing to our brand name in the past, we’re still facing issues this time around.
I initially reported this infringement in August 2024, but despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, the issue remains unresolved. I continue to receive automatic responses from Seller Support stating that I’m not authorized to modify the brand on the product detail page.
This situation is critical as we are the rightful brand owner and need the listing corrected ASAP. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? Any advice on how to escalate this or get a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
