Read onlyI have a return request from a customer and I need to send them instructions. However, for the last two days the page DOES NOT load. All I get is the Blacj AMAZON banner ribbon on the top of the page but nothing else.
I have tried multiple browsers as well as other computers and none will work for this page.
How am I supposed to communicate with my customers and manage my returns properly without this working????
If I cannot reach my customer and give them proper return instructions, it is likely the item will be returned damaged. That would be on AMAZON'S head.

Us too, blank page. We were able to contact the customer through the email link that Amazon sent regarding the return request--assuming that actually gets through, though.
Only posting this to report the same issue to try to escalate it. The Manage Returns tab hasn't been working for us for the past 2 days. Amazon please acknowledge.

Same issue, it will load 1 out of every 25-30 attempts, what a mess.

Can you please check the Manage Returns page again and let me know if you are still seeing a blank screen today (Thursday) or if orders/returns are appearing as expected? Our tech team has been working on updates.

same here, not loading. amazon refunds them without any obligation for them to return the product.
