What can I do to escalate this and bring to UPS attention?

Their driver never scans my FBA parcels; which hasn't been a massive issue - it's the same guy who does pick ups for years. Usually I can only see update when parcel gets in my local depot in Luton.

But now one of the boxes went missing and Luton or any other depot never scanned it. Tracking still says label created, UPS expecting the parcel.

I cannot claim lost package, as there's no pickup scan. I cannot talk to local depot as they are impossible to reach by phone.

I can understand a delay with a buy-shipping Royal Mail lost item that does have not any scans might need a quick nudge to get it fixed.

But one of ours was a buy-shipping Amazon Shipping with collection scans, depot scans, inflight scans but lost before final delivery. - this one should have been completely automatic in it's removal.

Has anyone else had problems with Royal Mail first scan of package being late?

I have been on the SFP trial for 2 months, and have fulfilled 106 orders and they HAVE ALL BEEN HANDED TO ROYAL MAIL ON-TIME - however my on-time shipment rate is currently 97.2% as 3 packages did not receive their first scan until the next day?!!

The weird thing is that all packages with late scans were handed to Royal Mail in sacks with other packages that did get scanned in time - so its not like the whole sack has delayed. This has happened on 3 separate occasions.

I really dont know what to do, I am starting to think that completing the trial with Royal Mail is not going to be possible. Is there anyway to guarantee a package gets scanned on the day its handed to Royal Mail??
