Case needs Escalation: ASIN Suspension Due to Incorrect FCC ID Requirement

My ASIN B07WTPGBVD as been inactivated due to being incorrectly ID as needing FCC certification. My product does not require FCC certification. I have done everything support has asked to try and fix my issue but all I get back is "Please, update the FCC_radio_frequency_emission_compliance attribute with valid FCC numbe"

Can someone please help me with the next steps to escalate?

I see that your ASIN has received a restricted product policy violation for requiring FCC certification, and you are seeking guidance with your available next steps to get this resolved. I understand that addressing these types of concerns can be complex, so I would like to review the details and see how I can help.

As I have limited access to the details surrounding your situation, could you please provide me with the associated case ID? This way I can work with our partner teams to learn more about your available options. What have you submitted so far in your dispute? Proof that this item does not require FCC certification will be required to get this violation removed.

I look forward to your reply. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
