I know this has been brought up before, but is there any way to dispute USPS Shipping Adjustments purchased through Amazon Shipping?

I have been getting 100+ each month now, when I know they are weighed properly. On other sites I print and ship on I have been having about 2-3 a month. The other sites have all the information to dispute them, but I cannot find anywhere with Amazon.

We are receiving numerous adjustments for shipping services. Many of these are USPS Ground Advantage and the charges are 100% approximately of the original shipping charge. There are also ranging from around $0.50 to $1.80. We do not have these issues with shipping services purchased outside of this platform and most of these items are extremely light weight being shipped in bubble mailers.

Why, why, why are the shipping adjustments showing up now, I sell rosaries 3oz, they all should be less than 4.25, I had an adjustment of 9.00 dollars on a 3oz rosary, total to ship a rosary 13.25, who is doing this?
