An item returned outside of Amazon's return policy or in used, damaged, or materially different condition may be eligible for a restocking fee. Amazon has Guidelines for charging a restocking fee on a return, and the Guidelines itemize Return Request types and allowable restocking fees. Please make sure you understand and follow the Guidelines. You will grade the condition of the returned item in order to charge a restocking fee. The grading must support the calculation of the restocking fee. A partial refund made outside the Guidelines or without proper grading may cause you to lose an A-to-z or SAFE-T claim.
