Lost inbound cases closed without and resoltion
I have 2 cases where there were lost inbound cases opened and closed by amazon with no resolution. i opened up new cases on these with no Reponses now

Closed Case id with no resolution - 16823576501
New case ID with no response - 17199227981
Can any Mode here help escalate these issue.

I do see that support hasn't responded but the latest case is going to be assigned to a specialist. 17199227981.
Can you confirm if that the above 3 cases are related to the same or different shipment and I can take it from there.
