I am experiencing a critical issue with my account that I urgently need help with. My account balance has been negative for reasons unknown to me, and despite multiple calls to Seller Support, I have not received a satisfactory explanation.
Last week, I was informed by Seller Support that this problem is affecting many other sellers and that it would be resolved soon. However, over a week has passed, and my balance remains negative. Additionally, the situation has worsened slightly due to recent sales, meaning I am not profiting from these transactions. How and why is amazon able to do this ?
I am deeply concerned and frustrated because I am unable to access the funds from my sales and it doesn't make sense why it is negative in the first place the only expenses I do on amazon are buy shipping. This situation feels extremely unfair and is impacting my financial stability.
Please advise on how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Amazon is my only source of income I've put blood sweat and tears into this just for them to have my account balance negative for no reason this needs to be fixed ASAP!
