Sales applications for clocks and watches have been repeatedly rejected.
I have obtained UPC code exemption via the brand whitelist and am now trying to submit a selling application. I have provided invoices issued by the manufacturer, yet my application keeps getting rejected and has been stuck for weeks. The review team never specifies the exact reason, only stating: "The materials you submitted for this application fail to meet the platform's criteria for verifying valid supply chain partnerships." Customer service informed me: "We cannot process this application due to suspected authenticity issues. If you wish to proceed, please provide alternative Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs)." I have no idea what to do as I cannot figure out the root cause.

What does that mean?
Do you want to sell YOUR brand or someone else's brand?

Hello, @Seller_9HzlffcKZzaNx
Thank you for reaching out. The rejection message about "valid supply chain partnerships" typically means the review team cannot verify the relationship between you and the manufacturer from your invoices.
To improve your application, ensure your invoices are dated within the last 180 days, show your legal business name exactly as on your seller account, include the supplier's full contact details (name, address, phone, website), and list product quantities (typically 10+ units). Pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, or packing slips are not accepted.
Additionally, we recommend requesting a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer confirming you as an authorized reseller and submitting it alongside your invoice. If you have a case ID, please share it here so we can look into it further.
Best regards,
