Hi,
Does anyone use Amazon buy shipping for dangerous goods? I need some help with this.
When I try to click the "This shipment contains dangerous goods" button, all shipping options are removed.
I do process some dangerous goods shipments with my own carriers and understand the shipping regulations and restrictions and comply with all laws as far as I know to ship dangerous goods but that eliminates the protection and coverage gained from shipping through Amazon's Buy Shipping services against A to Z claims. Has anyone had success in FBM Dangerous Goods shipments through Amazon's Buy Shipping? I know I can ship outside of Amazon with my own carriers and already do so, but am I missing something or incorrectly inputing something?

@Seller_Q9StymtVTylfC, I saw your post about this but it’s locked. Did you get this figured out?
Hi @Seller_PlOvQOWRnCAVo,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here!
Please note that when you select the "this shipment contains dangerous goods" checkbox, we will refresh ship method eligibility to show a list of supported carriers. If the service does not meet the customer delivery promise or is not available for your "ship from" and "ship to" locations, no ship methods will be available. Currently, you can only buy labels using Amazon Shipping Ground for dangerous goods. Amazon Shipping Ground requires additional product details for each of the listed products in an order, including dangerous goods UNID, and category of the dangerous goods. Once provided, an additional service eligibility and promise refresh will be performed based on these details.
Additionally, when you select the "this shipment contains dangerous goods" checkbox and Amazon Shipping cannot meet the service via ground transportation modes, there will be no ship methods available. In that event, work directly with your carrier of choice. When using Buy Shipping in bulk, any orders including a dangerous goods item must be removed from your bulk label purchase and bought independently through the single-label purchase experience.
I hope this helps clarify! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance with this, please let me know.
All the best,
Jameson
