Seller Identity Verification 6 days no reply

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I uploaded my Seller ID file on April 1, 2024 and till today, I haven't received any reply. It has been 6 days without a reply! And suspended my selling privileges! The Seller ID page still shows a status of “Under Review”; even though my backend shows that it takes 2 business days for us to receive a response.

We are very frustrated because our FBA inventory is unsellable and Amazon has been charging for storage and possible deletion of inventory.

Can you please help speed up the verification process?
