I sell small jewelry items that weigh only a few ounces and about 250 of them would easily fit in a shoebox. I submitted a removal order for my inventory and got hit with a $250 removal fee, which is absolutely insane. 500 items shipped in cost me $5 in shipping and half that amount getting shipped back to me costs 50x more for no reason. Is there anyway to get your inventory back without having to pay this insane fee?
problem is your items are coming back from a dozen or more warehouses, a few at the time...
You can weigh the cost and maybe sell it off dirt cheap or offer coupons...
So you say you're paying $1/piece for someone to generate a picking list to pull your item, for someone to find it in the FC, for someone to pack it in a box (and pay for the box), and then ship it back to you?
Considering that they are not all in the box you shipped them in originally, I don't find that fee outrageous (the fact that it was raised dramatically with very little notice is a different story...)
