compliance problem!!
Dear Amazon
Hello, my product has been rejected multiple times due to the tracking label not matching. I have revised it seven times as required. I am now quite sure that the label content replied contains all of it. Could you please help me solve the compliance issue of this product? Other products all have the same label. I can't understand why this product is always rejected for this reason.

Looking over your case, I see this involves your related ASIN ending in "QLL6". While researching your case, I see our support teams tagged a related case ID ending in 1941. This case back on 5/7/25 provided very valuable insight into the situation, here's what they said:
A: The tracking label format is not accepted.
The live images submitted does not include all of the following:
- Images showing tracking label present on product packaging.
- Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name.
For further information on tracking label requirements please visit the CPSC website (Removed link).
*Other acceptable formats include manufacturer code, distributor code, RN# (Run Number), Company website, Brand name, manufacturer name.
Surrounding the link provided, it is not properly hyperlinked, so please ensure you copy the entire URL and remove the extra space to visit the appropriate page. The feedback provided here shows that this primary concern is the missing images from the detail page. I would suggest ensuring that pictures of all six sides of the product and packaging are provided including top, bottom, left, right, front, and back. Once of these images should also show the tracking label requested.
During my recent review of the situation, I had not seen this label in the product detail page images. Once you've completed that process, our teams should have the necessary information to complete your review.

Hello @Seller_6KZLoLdAlAUwy,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
I have taken a look over the situation and see this ASIN was approved back on 5/19/25, you should have received a notice through your related case ID ending in "1941". Since you mentioned still experiencing a concern with the ASIN, please share details surrounding the situation. When reviewing your compliance section, does the ASIN show approved, is the ASIN active or inactive in your inventory?
Once I have more information, I can continue to work on a resolution to correct the current situation. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
